1. DaVinci:
A highly automated system for Tour Operator selling any type of holiday. Its XML-based booking engine and dynamic packaging engine enable easy integration with internet sites. On top DaVinci offers a variety of interfaces to supplier data bases, GDS and CRS. A modern programming language und an up-to-date IT structure makes it a comprehensive solution for tour operator. Employees will be trained rapidly as DaVinci can be learned intuitively (Windows user interface). DaVinci can be easily adapted to the need of any tour operator as it offers about 30 different software modules (rail, cruise, bus, air, rental car, CRS, GDS, ...)
2. Jack Plus
Offers automated support for Travel Agents with a highly performing Front-, Mid- and Back office system. Jack contains modules to integrate all major GDS and CRS for automatic booking file creation. On top it contains a fully integrated bookkeeping system.
Bewotec has its own Reservation System! The reservation tool is fully integrated into the Mid- and Back office system. Thus Jack Plus is a ‘complete’ solution for the travel agent. By 2010 app. 5500 travel agents will be implementing this new system (currently already 3500). In Germany the retail chain of Thomas Cook has switched all travel agencies to Jack Plus and did cancel the Amadeus connection. Already over 100 Tour Operator are connected to this new reservation system, including rail and GDS connection. On top the costs are way below those of the current market solutions and offer a higher performance.
A true highlight is the integrated ‘RIS’-System (travel information system). Once the booking has been put through the booking the system is automatically searching the web and gives the client an extensive and comprehensive information bulletin (on the destination, hotel, airport, things to do, places to eat,….).
